(Welcome Dinner included) Upon our arrival at Istanbul International Airport, your guide will meet, assist and transfer you to the hotel. Istanbul was the capital city of Byzantium & Roman Empires and Ottoman State. It is a most fascinating city, which actually crosses two continents Europe and Asia. It is a city of amalgamation of museums, bazaars, minarets, mosques, churches, palaces, and restaurants catering to every one’s taste, customs and fifteen million people. Dinner at the restaurant. Overnight in Istanbul.

Istanbul City Tour

(Breakfast and Lunch and Dinner included) Aft After breakfast, we have Istanbul City Tour. First, TOPKAPI PALACE; The great palace of the Ottoman sultans from the 15th to the 19th centuries housing an exquisite collection of crystal, silver, and Chinese porcelain, robes worn by the sultans and their families, the famous jewels of the Imperial Treasury, miniatures, the Holy Mantle; enshrining relics of the Prophet Mohammed and visit will be HIPPODROME. Ancient Hippodrome was the scene of chariot races, with the three monuments: the Obelisk of Theodosius, the bronze Serpentine Column and the Column of Constantine. Then we will visit SULTANAHMET IMPERIAL MOSQUE. Across from Hagia Sophia Grand Mosque, it was built in the 16th century by the architect Mehmet, is known as the BLUE MOSQUE because of its magnificent interior decoration of blue Iznik tiles. Today it is a mosque. Lunch break at 13:00 pm. After the lunch, the group will take you to the Gift Shop which is a unique atmosphere with reasonable prices for your shopping. Here you will find; Exotic Spices and Herbs, Turkish Baklava, Turkish Delights, Turkish Coffee, nuts and fruits, small souvenirs such as Ceramic Handicrafts, Evil Eyes totems, all naturel olive oil, soaps and many other goods in Souvenir Shops and stores. After the tour, transfer back to your hotel. Dinner at the restaurant. Overnight in Istanbul.

Istanbul Bosphorus Cruise - Istanbul to Nevsehir / Kayseri Airport and Cappadocia

(Breakfast and Lunch and Dinner included) Pick up at 08:30am from the hotel and depart for the Istanbul Bosphorus Cruise and Shopping Tour. BOSPHORUS BY BOAT a traditional excursion by boat along the waterway separating Europe and Asia. After the boat trip we depart for Istanbul Airport for our domestic flight to Cappadocia. Transfer from Kayseri airport to your hotel. We will do the Cappadocia Panorama Tour; we will take pictures and videos with magnificent views of the Many Valleys and Fairy Chimneys. Dinner and overnight in Cappadocia.

Cappadocia Tour with Underground City and Goreme Open Air Museum

(Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner included) After breakfast between 08:00 am and 09:30 am pick-ups from hotel. Final timing one day before will be given you by your tour consultant. We will drive you to Ozkonak Underground City, one of the best-preserved Underground cities in Cappadocia. Then visit to Uchisar Castle, the highest point of Cappadocia. After Uchisar, you visit Goreme Open Air Museum, the Heart of Cappadocia. Goreme Open Air Museum is famous for frescoes dating to 10th century describing the life of Jesus Christ and monks. Next stop is Cavusin, which is an abandoned village with old cave Greek houses. After Cavusin you go to the restaurant in Avanos to have lunch. After lunch, you visit a pottery workshop, to see how to make potteries. Then you go to Love Valley. Love Valley Cappadocia is a hidden valley with scenic formations to say the least. Despite the resemblance to man hood, these amazing rock formations are far from man-made. After Love Valley you visit another workshop to see Cappadocian handwoven carpets and kilims. Next stop is Devrent Valley, which is also called Imagination Valley, where you can see natural rock formations looking like animals. Then you head to a wine shop in Urgup for wine tasting. Last stop is Three Beauties, three beautiful fairy chimneys with their hats, which is the symbol of Cappadocia. This tour will end approximately at 18.00 and you will be returned back to your hotel. Overnight in Cappadocia.

Cappadocia to Sivas and Sivas City Tour – Tokat

(Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner included) After the breakfast at 08:30 we will depart to Sivas. Situated at an altitude of 1275 m, Sivas is the highest city of the Central Anatolian Region, and the most mountainous one with the numerous peaks. This uneven land has been the shelter of many tribes, from the earliest ages to more recent periods from which remain many notable monuments. We start exploring the respectively Arkeology Museum, Sifaiye Madrasah, The Double Minaret Madrasah, Buruciye Madrasah, Castle Mosque, Gendarme House, Government House, Great Mosque, Broken and Curved Bridge. Later we will give a break for local lunch. After lunch we will go on with visiting Ottoman highlights; Meydan Mosque and Sems-i Sivasi Tomb, İhramcizade Cultural and Art House, Subasi Karavanserai, Taşhan Karavanserai. After Sivas tour, drive to Tokat City. Dinner and Overnight in Tokat at Silk Road Museum Hotel

Tokat City– Ballica Cave – Gaz Lake Tour

Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner included) Today, we will have the opportunity to tour 900 years of history in 900 steps in Tokat. After the breakfast at 08:30 we will depart to Tokat City, we have a City Tour, visiting the historical places of Tokat such as historical lodging and dwelling points, forums and religious educational centers, Tokat Museum, Ethnography Museum, world renowned Turkish Baths as well as Clock Tower in downtown. We will have lunch break and after lunch we will be visiting famous Ballica Caves that is known to have healing powers for Asthma patients and then we will visit the Magnificent Gaz Lake, which is intertwined with nature. Farm Visit Ecological & Gastronomical Activities – Fruit & Vegetable Tour Tokat

(Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner Included. Tokat is one of the cities that grow the most fruits and vegetables in Turkey and today we will visit the vegetable and fruit fields. Today we will take you to farm to pick Tomatoes, Peppers, Cucumbers, Eggplants, Onions, Garlic, Potatoes, Lettuce, and such greenery and then to make pancakes with a Turkish touch. We eat what we cook with villagers. In Tokat Province, where there are many fruit trees such as Cherry, Apple, Pear, Peach, Grape, Plum, Apricot, Walnut and Hazelnut, we will be able to eat their branches depending on the seasonal harvest period. Picking fruits and eating them from their branch along with the local people that is surely not to be forgotten easily.
